Pre Pay Onboard Unit
You can return your onboard unit at any Contact or Distribution Point.
You will need to present a registration certificate.
If you do not have a registration certificate you will need to present an identity card. If the operator of the vehicle is a company stated on the device, you will need to present a Commercial register statement and power of attorney if the device is returned by someone who is not stated on the statement and is not representative of the company
Post Pay Onboard Unit
Forfeiture of Deposit
There will be a forfeiture of deposit if the device is:
- Mechanically damaged (for instance scratched, cracked, broken, open, painted or otherwise dirty ort he barcode is damaged)
- has not been used more than one year – there is no recorded toll transaction more than one year
