Users of the toll system no longer have to file a claim for a surcharge for incorrectly set of axles.

Newly from 18/02/2024, users can make additional payments for incorrectly set of axles in customer self-service and at contact points, both in prepaid mode and in post-pay mode.

Customer self-service

  • The surcharge can be made after logging in to the customer self-service in the "Credit top-up and supplementary toll payment" section by selecting the item "Supplementary toll", then the user selects the vehicle for which he wants to make the surcharge. Subsequently, he chooses the option "C. Surcharge for driving with an incorrectly set number of axles"
  • Next, the user enters the parameters needed to make the additional payment and continues according to the application's instructions
  • After making the additional payment, the selected transactions will be revalued, the prepaid credit will be charged, and the user will be issued a debit note for the post-pay mode.
